The Pilgrim Hotel nestling in 4 acres of rolling Wye Valley parkland between Hereford, Ross on Wye and Monmouth, you will have a choice of room overlooking either our front lawn and garden or far reaching views to the Black Mountains and on to Pen-y-Fan, the highest point in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Opportunities for sightseeing, walking, fishing, golf and shopping are almost endless in the Wye Valley and the staff are on hand to give their advice for days out. The Pilgrim is within easy reach of the Forest of Dean, the Brecon Beacons, the Malverns, the Hay Festival, Symonds Yat and the Cotswolds. Country Hotels in this part of the UK offer some fantastic day trips and the Wye Valley is well worth a visit. We have 20 well appointed en-suite bedrooms here at the Pilgrim, 16 of which have a stunning view over the hills and valleys of Welsh border country. We have a conference/private dining room which can easily accommodate parties of up to 40. For larger groups and during the summer, we have a flattened grass terrace area which can easily take a Marquee for up to 100 guests.
