All gutters on our Manor House are linked to the property's lakes, which can be pumped into our reservoir, when required. Water is transferred from our borehole and used on the golf course, thus reducing fresh water use
Additional water conservation efforts include a high efficiency dishwasher and glasswashers in our kitchens and bars
LED lighting is installed throughout the majority of the hotel, reducing energy and carbon emissions
Ensuring all non-essential lights and equipment are turned off during peak times
Working with specialists, Consultus Energy, for consumption reporting and analyses to support us in energy waste reduction
100% of all hotel waste is segregated through our waste management company, who then recycle segregated waste with the remainder going to waste-to-energy, ensuring 0% ends up in landfill
Waste cooking oil is recycled into fuel by our supplier Orio
Replaced plastic water bottles with aluminium canned water in guest rooms
Actively reducing paper use through digital solutions from Meetings & Events to Front Desk
