Families can also choose from a variety of 2 bedroom suites or connecting rooms for their vacation. The Grand Beach Hotel Surfside offers 2 swimming pools on the beach level and a rooftop Sky Pool, for adults only, with spectacular views. Other amenities include a Spa, Fitness Center, Restaurant and several lounges.

Reservations can be cancelled at no charge to the guest if done so by 3pm two days before arrival (unless a Rate plan requiring immediate and full payment, which does not allow for cancellations, was booked). Should a guest fail cancel by this time a late cancellation fee equal to the amount of the first night room and tax will apply. If a guest fails to check-in, the hotel will charge the guest a ‘no-show charge’ equal to the amount of the first night room and tax. Rate Plans requiring immediate payment at the time of reservation, do not allow cancellations and no refunds will be given in the event of early departures, no show or cancellation.

The Oceanfront Hotel overlooks 200 feet of white, sandy beach and the turquoise waters of the Atlantic. Guests are greeted by sweeping views of the ocean and Palm Garden when stepping into the panoramic lobby of the hotel. Our Standard suites - starting at more than 400 square feet (about 40 square meters) - are among the largest in Miami Beach and the hotel also offers 2-Bedroom Suites with a variety of bedding options.
