Greenhills Country Hotel & Restaurant is located in Jersey, England. Each of our 31 bedrooms offers a traditionally styled décor reminiscent of an English Country Home. At the same time, they offer all the facilities that are expected of a 4 Star hotel, with a fine reputation for meeting, and surpassing, every guest's needs and expectations. We have a variety of bedroom types to suit your needs. Greenhills is the ideal venue for a family gathering, celebration or business meeting in a private and tranquil country setting. Whether you are entertaining friends, family or clients Greenhills Country Hotel & Restaurant can cater for private events and meetings for up to 35 people in our Beaumont Room. Our attentive staff will ensure your guests are well looked after, with great attention to detail. Greenhills has been the focus for many family celebrations for over 50 years, from engagement parties to wedding breakfasts, Christmas lunches to christening parties, birthday celebrations to wedding anniversaries, we're proud to have played a part in creating so many special memories.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!
