Die Agterplaas B&B is on a very quiet street and overlooks the historical Melville Koppies. The view, tranquility and bird life easily lull visitors into forgetting that they are in South Africa's busiest city. Yet the attractions of the “7de Laan” boutiques, bookshops, coffee bars and nightclubs are just a stone's throw away. Die Agterplaas offers 14 en suite rooms which can be configured as singles, doubles/twins or trebles (with a sleeper couch). This includes a very spacious cottage with self catering facilities which is ideal for longer stays, as well as 3 budget rooms – somewhat smaller or without a view from the room. We serve a variety of breakfasts in our large dining room with authentic Oregon Pine flooring and pressed steel ceilings. Limited informal meeting/conference facilities are available and airport transfers are available at competitive prices.
