Chi siamo
Le Colonial is probably Asia’s oldest colonial house – dating back to 1506, and the most history and art-filled of all the heritage hotels in Cochin. Just adjacent to St. Francis Church, it is reputed to have housed Vasco da Gama and the Saint. Art treasures from the colonial past now revive an authentic scent of the bygone era while the inner patio and garden pool make it distinct from the other luxury hotels in Cochin. This 16th century colonial home is now run as one of the heritage hotels in Cochin by Neemrana. Only corporates who reach out to completely new spaces can get themselves and their staff out of the box. This helps them remain atop their competition. That's why the Neemrana ‘non-hotel’ Hotels have continued attracting leaders. So that they can expand their vision and their lungs with their ‘fast track’ team. No one who has held an intimate or off-site conference at Le Colonial hasn't turned their time into profit.
