TOTAL CANCELLATION OF THE GROUP If it takes place between the 1st and 2nd payments, the hotel will keep the 1st deposit. If it takes place between the 2nd and 3rd payments, the hotel will keep the sum of the 1st and 2nd deposits. If it takes place after the 3rd payment, the hotel will keep the total prepaid amount. PARTIAL CANCELLATION If it takes place up to 60 days before the arrival of the group, cancellations will be allowed with no penalty. (Maximum 50% of the reserved rooms) If it takes place within a maximum of 30 days before the arrival of the group, partial cancellations up to 15% of the total rooms reserved will be allowed with no penalty. If it takes place within a maximum of 15 days before the arrival of the group, partial cancellations up to 10% of the rooms reserved will be allowed with no penalty. If it takes place within a maximum of 07 days before the arrival of the group, partial cancellations up to 05% of the rooms reserved will be allowed with no penalty. If it takes place between 7 days and the date of the arrival of the group, partial cancellations are not allowed with no penalty and 50% of the total booking will be charged. Cancellations from 2 days before arrival or No Shows, 100% fee.
