Contract your MICE group of 25 rooms or more at any of our participating resorts by December 23, 2025 for travel by June 30, 2026 and receive the below concessions: GROUP CONCESSIONS: ■ Complimentary one (1) hour cocktail reception with a selection of cold hors d’oeuvres followed by a complimentary two (2) hour buffet dinner including open bar (premium), complimentary house linens and basic lighting (Premium event locations and Beach events will incur an additional cost). ■ Planned “dine around” in the a la carte restaurants, dress code may apply. Dine around details to be arranged with your event planner. ■ One (1) complimentary room night for every 25 paid room nights at Group’s Guest Room Rate (excluding staff rooms), calculated cumulatively, not to exceed 4 rooms per night (for any night where pickup exceeds 25 rooms). ■ One (1) complimentary upgrade to (next level higher) nightly, valid on the peak nights, not applicable for pre and post Event Dates (Calculated based on 1 for every 25 rooms paid at Group’s Guest Room Rate). ■ One (1) staff room night for every 25 paid room nights at Group’s Guest Room Rate, at a fifty percent (50%) discount for single or double occupancy, calculated cumulatively, not to exceed 10 room nights per night. ■ One (1) Complimentary VIP Chef’s Selection arrival amenities for each earned upgrade ■ Two (2) complimentary rooms for a site inspection or planning visit in single or double occupancy for up to two (2) nights. ■ Private check-in & welcome drink upon arrival. ■ Complimentary hospitality desk (optional phone lines available for additional cost). ■ Complimentary meeting room rental for one (1) general session room per day, one day prior to peak arrival night for setup, based on availability. ■ One (1) Complimentary staff office/storage room starting one day prior to peak arrival night and one day post. ■ Complimentary Event material or supply storage for up to five (5) days prior to Event Dates. ■ Guest Room Rates applicable for three (3) nights pre and three (3) nights post Event Dates, subject to availability. ■ Fifteen percent (15%) discount for spa services.
