Caer Cadwgan is an 8½ acre working smallholding situated in Cellan, in an enviable setting with stunning views. The property is three miles from the university town of Lampeter, twelve miles from the picturesque coastal town of Aberaeron and eight miles from the market town of Tregaron. It offers a wonderful base from which to explore Ceredigion with it’s award winning beaches and spectacular countryside offering an amazing network of walking and cycle routes. The three ensuite rooms named Kite, Woodpecker and Nuthatch, have recently been converted from the old single story stone barn adjacent to the main house.
