The CLUB SIROCO APARTMENTS have a 2-key rating and are situated on the island of Lanzarote, 200 metres from the Cucharas Beach and approximately 300 metres from the centre of Costa Teguise with its wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. The complex comprises 1 and 2-bed apartments located in one and two-storey blocks designed in the typical island architecture. Built in 1982, the complex was completely refurbished in 2005, and is therefore in an excellent state of repair. It is the ideal complex for a relaxing holiday there are no noisy areas nearby and yet it is not too far from the commercial districts. There are 3,000 sq. metres of communal areas and gardens, which makes it ideal for family holidays too, as children and adults alike can enjoy the various facilities and practise a range of sports. The bedrooms, which overlook the gardens, and the spacious communal facilities are perfect for a relaxing holiday.
