Designed by Gonçalo Ribeiro Telles, the Jardim Amália Rodrigues is a garden in Lisbon, named in 2000 to honor the fado singer Amália Rodrigues. Inaugurated in 1996, it extends to the north of Parque Eduardo VII, in a central area and one of the highest in the city. Its relief and design give it a great diversity of environments.
It has a large amphitheater facing the Avenida da Liberdade valley and a circular lake, next to which is located a bar with a terrace. At the highest point of the garden there is also a restaurant.
A statue of the Colombian sculptor Fernando Botero was placed in the garden, chosen by Lisboners and tourists during an exhibition of his works at Terreiro do Paç

Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
