Cancellations: In the unlikely event of the event being cancelled, it will be necessary to charge a cancellation fee to cover costs incurred. • The minimum cancellation charge is 25% of the estimated invoice. • 50% of the estimated invoice will be required for any cancellation within 14 days of the event. • The full cost of the estimated invoice will be required for any cancellation within 7 days of the event. When booking another venue on your behalf, employing sub contractors, hiring equipment or marquees, cancellation fees can be incurred up to three months prior to the event, dependant upon sub-contractors charges.
