Lytham Hall is a fine grade 1 listed 18th century manor house on the Lancashire coast. The Hall is situated in 80 acres of mature parkland, and was built for Thomas Clifton by John Carr of York between 1752-1764 on the site of an earlier manor house and Priory settled by Benedictine monks from Durham. The Gold Room which is licensed for 60 guests, is decorated with richly ornate hand-painted wallpaper and gold-leaf ceiling-high mirrors with a lovely vista of the front lawn.
