In case of cancellation, we required a written notice & must be received by the resort directly or Centara Hotels & Resorts at least 14 nights prior to the FIT/Group’s scheduled arrival date. In the event that this written notice is not received as stipulated and in the event that there is a no-show, charges may apply according to our standard cancellation/no show policy!
