L'hotel Otello è il luogo ideale dove soggiornare o trascorrere un weekend nel massimo del comfort e del relax. Si affaccia sul lago di Bolsena e dispone di sette camere dotate di ogni tipo di comfort. La gestione familiare rende l'hotel tranquillo e rilassante, e chi cerca una pausa dalla vita caotica quotidiana lo apprezza soprattutto. Le nostre camere sono progettate per offrire ai nostri clienti il massimo comfort e relax. Ogni camera è caratterizzata da un colore speciale, che la rende diversa dalle altre. Il ristorante Otello può ospitare comodamente fino a 300 persone. È dotato di due verande, che si affacciano sul lungolago di Bolsena, offrendo così ai nostri clienti un panorama meraviglioso. Oltre a queste due verande, il ristorante dispone anche di una terza sala, dove i nostri clienti possono godere dello straordinario centro storico di Marta. Grazie alla sua posizione e alla sua sistemazione, il ristorante Otello è il luogo ideale per organizzare cerimonie, banchetti, riunioni e buffet. La cucina si ispira alle antiche ricette tradizionali, utilizzando prodotti freschi e sani.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
