We offer services to support your meetings, conferences and events: Meeting and Classroom Space Lecture Theatres Courtyard Media and Technical Support Full Multi-Media Podiums Internet Access and Other I.T Services Food services and catering are available for banquets up to 300, breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks and snacks. Accommodations are available in Student Residence Buildings. Niagara College has two campus locations in the heart of the Niagara Region. Accommodations, meeting, conference and event space is available from May through August. Meeting and classroom space is available evenings and weekends from September through April. Our Conference and Meeting Planner is available to meet & exceed all your organization’s or association’s conference or annual meeting needs. Our prime location, just off the QEW, and impeccable customer service will make your next meeting or conference a memorable one. We can accommodate smaller corporate groups in our state-of-the-art facilities, or we can plan your conference at a location of your choice. We organize for your upcoming meeting or conference including any or all of the following: Pre-Event Planning and Budgeting Site Selection and Contract Negotiations Meeting Planning and Logistics Program Planning Database Maintenance VIP, Spouse and Guest Programs Speakers and Entertainment Development of Promotional Material Registration Forms/On-Line Registration On-Site Management Services Site Coordination and Trouble Shooting Welcome & Registration Media Relations
