PENALTIES - CANCELLATION Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the Hotel. For any total or partial cancellation received up to 60 days before the arrival date of the group, 30% of the total amount will be required. For any total or partial cancellation received between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date of the group, 50% of the total amount will be required. For any total or partial cancellation received between 29 and 8 days before the arrival date of the group, 80% of the total amount will be required. For any total or partial cancellation received 7 days or less before the arrival date of the group, 100% of the total amount will be required All penalties will be invoiced to Customers on the basis of the rate initially negotiated in this contract.
