The College reserves the right to charge for costs related to the preparation of the rental. If the Organization decides to cancel a reservation, it is their responsibility to advise the College no later than 2 weeks in advance of event at which time a poetion of the amount of rental will be refunded. If the College has not received a cancellation notice, an administrative fee will be charged in full..

Sound And Lighting Space show audio, unique in Canada, can be controlled from a single electronic tablet.
