Escuela de Hosteleria de les Illes Balears is a national and international training reference. We offer training based on excellence. We were created in 1995 by the Govern de les Illes Balears and the Universitat de les Illes Balears. Our main objective is to create a training model, constantly updated, that will improve the scientific and technological capacity of human resources of the Balearic tourism sector and create synergies in other destinations worldwide reference.
