CANCELLATION As invoicing is carried out on services ordered based on the whole stay, the Client is requested to pay particular attention to the conditions for cancellation set forth hereinafter. Cancellations, of all or part of the initial reservation, shall be sent in writing to the hotel. FULL CANCELLATION Changing the date of the event shall be deemed as being a full cancellation and shall cause the cancellation conditions to apply. In the event of full cancellation of the contract by the Client, which is not justified by the hotel’s failure to meet its obligations, a cancellation fee shall be invoiced, and calculated as follows: - if the cancellation notice is received more than 30 days prior to the first day of the event, the establishment shall keep the deposits paid as compensation. - if the cancellation notice is received less than 29 days prior to the first day of the event, the Client shall settle the balance of the cost of the service as set forth in the estimate. PARTIAL CANXCELLATION Conferences and Banqueting: Partial cancellation represents a reduction in the amount of the estimate for any reason whatsoever: reduction in the duration of the event, and/or the ordered services. In the event of partial cancellation of the contract by the Client, which is not justified by the hotel’s failure to meet its obligations, a cancellation fee shall be invoiced and calculated according to the date when the cancellation notice is received: - Between 60 days and 16 days before the arrival date: Invoice up to 50% of the cancelled amount - Between 15 days and 8 days before the arrival date: Invoice up to 80% of the cancelled amount - Less than 7 days before the arrival date: Full invoice 100% of the cancelled amount ROOMS CANCELLATION CHARGES Cancellation charges depend on the timing and the proportion of room nights cancelled. For cancellations of less than 10% of the room nights, there is no charge if made more than 14 days before arrival, but cancellations within 14 days incur 100% charges. For cancellations exceeding 10% of the room nights, a 30% charge applies if cancelled between 90 and 60 days before arrival, and a 100% charge applies if cancelled between 59 and 30 days, between 29 and 14 days, or less than 14 days before arrival.
Additional details
Our 4 meeting rooms have been renovated in August 2023, they are all modulable. Maximum capcity is 80 attendees in theatre style or 120 peresons in cocktail style.
