Cancellation Policy (function/event/seminar):- One month prior to function/seminar date - 50% of the projected master account Up to 14 days prior to the function/seminar date - 100% of the projected master account Cancellation Policy (Accommodation):- Any cancellation or reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms must be notified to the hotel in writing 14 days prior to arrival. The hotel reserves the right to: • Charge late cancellation fee equivalent to the room rate for each room not taken should there be any cancellation or reduction in the confirmed reservation within 07 days prior to group’s arrival • Charge a no-show fee equivalent to the room rate for the full length of stay of the total number of rooms reserved should the group fail to arrival without prior cancellation or if the group is canceled within 24 hours prior to group’s arrival.
