Group Cancellation & Attrition Policy A signed agreement and valid credit card authorization are required to confirm all group reservations. Cancellations must be received in writing by the Hotel Sales Department. If a group cancels more than 30 days prior to arrival, any deposits collected will be refunded, less any non-refundable expenses incurred by the hotel on behalf of the group. Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50 percent of the total anticipated room revenue plus applicable taxes. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100 percent of the total anticipated room revenue plus applicable taxes. If the group fails to arrive as scheduled, the full contracted room revenue and applicable taxes will be charged. Any cancellation damages will be charged to the credit card on file.
