Ballathie House Hotel is located in Perth, Scotland. There are 25 bedrooms in the main house and a further 16 bedrooms in our Riverside building. We can accommodate up to 77 guests in these 4 star rooms with up to a further 24 guests in the 3 star rated Sportsman's Lodge if required. We can offer private dining facilities for larger parties dining in our restaurant to smaller private lunches dining in our Morning Room. Ballathie House Hotel near Perth, Scotland offers the modern delegate the advantages of a beautiful and inspiring location along with excellent facilities and award winning Scottish cuisine. Whether you need a venue for a small informal meeting, team building exercise, formal conference, incentive event or product launch, Ballathie can accommodate them all. Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.
