Upon the signing of a rental agreement, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due immediately to lock in the dates.
Additional details
Both spaces have theatrical lighting systems, audio-visual equipment and digital cinema projection systems. In addition, the Mainstage has classic 35mm projection capabilities. It is not possible to rent either venue at the Prince for less than a full day. The rental fee does not include the cost of any labor. You are required to provide liability insurance. If your event is ticketed, you must use our box office. A facility fee is deducted from every ticket sold. If catering is involved, you must use one of our official caterers.
