In the heart of the Fribourg region, half-way between Lausanne and Bern, the Gruyère restoroute is the perfect place for a break, in a lush green landscape with a fantastic view. The venue offers 36 well appointed and cosy guest rooms with ample and proper facilities and amenities to make your stay more memorable and pleasant. We also have conference rooms and they are on a quiet, separate floor reserved for seminars and can accommodate up to 60 people.
