Meetings and events require an initial deposit of 25% to secure the space and the date. To cancel an event without penalty, the event must be cancelled 60 or more days prior to event date.

Meetings and Conferences: The DoubleTree offers three newly renovated ballrooms comprising of 15,000 square feet of flexible space in addition to an intimate meeting room on the 4th floor. Partnered with the Civic Center next door, we can host conventions up to 800 people with food and beverage options.
