Chi siamo

È nostro piacere presentare, nelle pagine seguenti, la nuova sfaccettatura del Prealpi Hotel, una struttura presente nel territorio veneto da decenni e che ora è completamente rinnovata. Abbiamo puntato a creare ambienti luminosi, raffinati e discreti, allo stesso tempo pratici e confortevoli, da vivere in semplicità e naturalezza, un luogo dove mettersi a proprio agio, come se si fosse a casa; abbiamo scelto colori tenui, dove il bianco prevale sui bordi e il blu per mettere in risalto il mogano della reception e i suoi pavimenti in marmo lucido. Abbiamo preferito una linea di arredamento semplicistica, selezionata tra tante, per la vostra colazione, in porcellana elegante e sobria che si coordina elegantemente con il design lineare delle posate e dei raffinati bicchieri.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
