Condizioni annullamento

Il Cliente può annullare in tutto o in parte i requisiti di Total Bedroom Block, Food & Beverage e Requisiti per le sale riunioni e riunioni entro i seguenti Termini e condizioni concordati. Tutti i depositi saranno trattenuti dall'Hotel in caso di cessazione completa. Una risoluzione unilaterale da parte del Cliente non giustificata dall'inadempimento degli obblighi dell'Hotel costringerà la parte recedente a pagare un risarcimento fisso calcolato come segue: Alloggio, cibo e bevande e noleggio A) Annullamento parziale (logoramento): In caso di cancellazione da parte del Gruppo di una parte del Room Block, si applicano i seguenti termini e condizioni concordati: a) Se tra la data del presente Accordo e il 60° giorno prima dell'arrivo il Gruppo annulla fino al 15% del totale del Blocco camere, non verrà addebitato alcun costo di cancellazione, fermo restando che qualsiasi cancellazione superiore a detto 15% comporterà una penale pari al 100% della parte annullata del Costo Totale del Blocco Camera. b) Se tra il 59° giorno e il 30° giorno prima dell'arrivo il Gruppo annulla fino al 10% del totale del Blocco camere, non verrà addebitato alcun costo di cancellazione, a condizione che qualsiasi cancellazione superiore a detto 10% del totale del Blocco camere comporti una penale di cancellazione del 100%. c) Se tra il 29° giorno e il 07° giorno prima dell'arrivo, il Gruppo annulla fino al 5% del totale del Blocco camere, non verrà addebitato alcun costo di cancellazione, a condizione che qualsiasi cancellazione superiore a detto 5% del totale del Blocco camere comporti una penale pari al 100% della parte annullata del Costo Totale del Blocco Camere. d) Se tra il 7° giorno prima dell'arrivo, il Gruppo annulla una parte dell'intero Blocco di camere (inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, i No Show il giorno di arrivo), il Gruppo dovrà sostenere una penale di cancellazione pari al 100% della parte annullata del Costo totale del Blocco Camera. B) Annullamento completo del gruppo/evento: In caso di cancellazione completa del Gruppo, si applicheranno i seguenti termini e condizioni concordati: (a) Se l'Avviso viene ricevuto dall'Hotel fino a 90 giorni prima dell'arrivo, il Gruppo pagherà all'Hotel l'importo del 75% delle entrate totali contrattate (b) Se l'Avviso viene ricevuto dall'Hotel tra 89 e 60 giorni prima dell'arrivo, il Gruppo pagherà all'Hotel l'importo del 90% delle entrate totali contrattate (c) Se l'Avviso viene ricevuto dall'Hotel entro 59 giorni prima dell'arrivo, il Gruppo pagherà all'Hotel l'importo del 100% delle entrate totali contrattate.
