Condizioni annullamento
All cancellation policies are negotiable, depending on the requirements of the event. The hotel shall reduce the blocking of rooms in accordance with the following detail: 45 days prior to group arrival the customer may release 25% of room blockage without penalty. 30 days prior to group arrival the customer may release 25% of room blockage without penalty. 15 days prior to group arrival the customer may release 10% of room blockage without penalty. Any additional cancellation out of the dates before, will be penalized with one night of the booking. In the event any passenger with confirmed reservation does not show on the mentioned date, and the room was not cancelled according to the dates before, a penalty of one night rate shall be applied.The Hotel reserves the right to cancel the event in full when the deposits have not been received on the dates stipulated in the agreement, and will not guarantee the rates that were originally quoted. Until the financial terms specified in the agreement have not been covered in full, the Hotel shall have no obligation to provide any programmed service, or to block the rooms or event areas definitively, unless for companies with approved credit
