Our complimentary transportation incentive allows your team to start their day at the office and end it on a lush vineyard. The program also reduces costs and carbon emissions, making your event more budget- and eco-friendly.

Sonoma County Tourism offers complimentary minicoach and bus transportation for Bay Area groups
who book overnight accommodations at qualifying hotels and host a meeting or special event in Sonoma County. Terms and conditions apply. To qualify for the transportation incentive, the group must meet or exceed the average daily rate (ADR) and room night requirements.
Average Daily Rate Requirements:
15 - 26 cumulative room nights per night: $500
27 - 54 cumulative room nights per night: $350
55 - 100 cumulative room nights per night: $250
100+ cumulative room nights per night: $200
A minimum overnight stay of 2 nights per room that meet the room night
requirement threshold is required to qualify for the incentive program.
