The SWMP incorporates a Contamination Reduction and Outreach Plan, focusing on the reduction of contamination in recycling streams and promoting responsible waste management behaviors among community members. Our goal is to motivate everyone in Spokane Valley to embrace more sustainable waste practices, working together to make Spokane Valley a cleaner, greener place for everybody.
