Grand Ballroom A, B & C

The 14,880 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom is the perfect setting for General Sessions, Gala Dinners, Entertainments Events, and other catered functions. Featuring 24' ceilings, it is the largest Ballroom in Western MA, accommodating up to 1,300 for a general session. This elegant Ballroom can also be divided into (3) sections to support simultaneous presentations or special events. (3) distinctive lighting systems and built-in technology fulfills the most ambitious A/V requirements. The Grand Ballroom features (3) sets of large wood double doors that can pivot open into the adjacent pre-function space, adding an additional 7,000 sq. ft. for a seamless flow for larger events. The pre-function space has floor to ceiling windows overlooking Historic Court Square and the downtown center.
