The Caro & Selig, Tegernsee, Autograph Collection is situated in the centre of the town of Tegernsee and is just a few minutes’ walk from Tegernsee lake and train station. The hotel comprises 125 rooms and suites and a conference area with daylight offering approx. 270 m² of space, divided into ‘Conference 1’ with approx. 150 m² (80 people, theatre-style seating), a board room ‘Conference 2’ with approx. 30 m² (12 people) and a foyer. At the ‘FREYHEIT’ grill restaurant, guests are treated to some culinary highlights - including vegetarian cuisine. On the 5th floor, the ‘NI BAR’ rooftop bar captivates with its breath-taking all-round views of the Tegernsee lake and surrounding mountains. Guests can find pure relaxation in the spa area with its 3 treatment rooms, 2 saunas, a steam bath, indoor pool and 24-hour fitness area. Munich airport (MUC) is an hour’s drive away, Innsbruck airport (INN) is a 1.5 hour drive away and Zürich airport (ZRH) is a 4.5 hour drive away. The hotel's own underground parking garage allows for easy access by car. The spirit of an exceptional personality can be found in every exquisite detail throughout the hotel: Queen Caroline of Bavaria was once blissfully enraptured by the area around Lake Tegernsee. To translate Queen Caroline of Bavaria's past history into the present day, a location was designed which redefines the special features of the Tegernsee region and the Queen's heritage in a unique and contemporary way.
