The Parador offers a compendium of the Mudejar art that predominates in the city of Teruel. It is on the outskirts of the city, in a palace inspired by Mudejar art and decorated with marble, tiles, pointed arches and Arabic details. Pastel tones dominate the large rooms and the bedrooms. Outside, you can stroll through the gardens, swim in the pool and play tennis. The Parador also has spacious rooms to hold conferences, business meetings and social events. Beautiful Teruel is a magical city that´s linked to the romanticism of the story of "The Lovers", which has inspired many works of art, theatre and literature. Their mausoleum is in the San Pedro collection of historical monuments. The old quarter, which is pedestrian-only, contains the passageways under arches, staircases and doorways of stately homes. It is also the site of the Mudejar Towers and the Mudejar cathedral of Santa María de Mediavilla And if you love nature, it, too, is within easy reach. In the city you can visit the Parque de los Fueros and, on the outskirts, places such as the Rambla de Valdecebro or the Tortajada lagoon offer spectacular landscapes.
