Room type D (MeetUp)

Meeting rooms with permanent seating style: board room (6 or 12 people). The 30 different meeting rooms are located on the first through to the fourth floors of the Beatrix Building in Utrecht. All of the meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight, have flexible layouts and provide space for 2 to 240 participants. Upon arrival, everything is ready for you, positioned exactly how you stipulated and with the required furnishings. A supervisor will be present throughout your meeting or training event, who can answer any questions you may have. Inform us of your goals and wishes so that, together, we can put these into practice.
