-310 days prior to scheduled group arrival date: No cancellation liability will be assessed. 309 -250 days’ prior group arrival: 15% percent of full net room revenue will be charge for full group cancellation -249 - 151 days’ prior group arrival 30% percent of full net room revenue will be charge for full group cancellation -150 - 91 days’ prior group arrival: 50% percent of full net room revenue will be charge for full group cancellation. -90 - 31 days’ prior group arrival: 80% percent of full net room revenue will be charge for full group cancellation. -30 days or less prior to group arrival date: 100% percent of full net room revenue will be charged for full group cancellation.
