During the summer season, Winter Park Resort offers 14 rooms that cater to groups as small as 25 to as large as 600. Located at the base of the mountain, West Portal Station is the largest facility available for the summer season. Two condominium properties are within walking distance of the venues and are located in the heart of the Village. Additional meeting space and lodging rooms are available at Vintage Hotel (summer and winter season), which is located at the entrance to Winter Park Resort.
Additional details
The Vintage Hotel is the perfect setting for winter groups that require meeting space. Vintage Timbers meeting space is one large room that can be split into two private spaces. With on-site catering available and complimentary WiFi, its best suited for groups of less than 100 people in the winter season.
