"Qionghai hotel is located in Xichang City, the capital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is located in Lushan national 4A scenic spot in Qionghai, which was called ""scenic spot in southern Sichuan"" in ancient times. It is known as the ""state guesthouse"" in Liangshan. The hotel covers an area of more than 120000 square meters, with a construction area of 80000 square meters. It has a garden like layout and is built into a villa like distribution. You can go on a boat to enjoy the Qionghai Lake, and you can also climb Lushan Mountain with your friends. Life is just so pleasant. Qionghai Lake is not a sea. There are many different opinions about the origin of Qionghai lake. The most reliable conclusion is that the fault lake was formed in the geological movement 400000 years ago. The name of Qionghai Lake can be seen in the Hanshu: ""the south mountain of qiongdu has copper, and there is qiongchi River""; the later Hanshu: ""people in the south of qiongchi think that qionghe river is 20 Li Long and more than 100 Zhang deep, and how big is the fish..."" Later, because people used to turn plateau lakes into Haizi, it was named ""Qionghai Lake"". The plateau lake scenery of Qionghai is famous for its tranquility. The scenery is different in four seasons. In spring, the sky is bright and blue, and a vast wave is shining in the green field of Cangshan Mountain. ""The boat is sailing on the green wave, and people are swimming in the painting."" the willow eyebrows and peach gills on the bank, and the swallows are whispering. In summer, the lake is full of water, the rosy clouds are dazzling, and the mountain temple fishing village is shining. In autumn, the sky is clear, the sunset is solitary, and the autumn water is long, which makes people linger and forget to return. In winter, the sky is clear and the water is bright. Red maple and green cypress reflect the surface of the lake. Afternoon wind, waves surging, like white geese play in the waves. The attractive scenery of Qionghai Lake and the bright moon at night in Xichang form a wonderful scene of ""the moon comes out of qiongchi Lake"", which is full of poetic feelings. Marco Polo, a famous Italian traveler, praised the scenery of Qionghai Lake and was very excited. In his travel notes Marco Polo, he wrote: ""beautiful water, lush grass, abundant fish, huge pearls, its climate and tranquility are far better than the Mediterranean Sea. It's really a pearl of the East."". During the period of the Republic of China, Zhu Qi, a professor of Central University, also wrote after touring Qionghai: ""I once went boating on the West Lake, Gupeng Dongting, hengjue Taihu Lake, and boarded Poyang. I felt that Dongting was magnificent, Poyang was magnificent, Taihu Lake was deep and beautiful, Xizi was rich in makeup, qiongchi was light and smooth. Each had its own merits, and qiongchi was especially peaceful."" From this we can see the general scenery of Qionghai lake. Half a century ago, in 1958, a group of government officials came to the beautiful shore of Qionghai Lake and the foot of Lushan Mountain. Comrade Li Jingquan, then the first Secretary of the Southwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and the leading group of the Xichang prefectural Party committee chose the site for the construction of the reception base. Finally, they decided to build a ""Lushan guest house"" on the 36286 square meters of land in the seventh group of Haibin village, Xichang new village Administration section management. The place name ""Xincun"" alone has made people feel a kind of historical deposition. During the Anti Japanese War, the Kuomintang regime once thought of building ""the second capital"" in Xichang. In 1939, Xichang Xingyuan was set up, and a new village special zone was established at the foot of Lushan Mountain on the Qionghai coast, hence the name of Xichang Xincun.
