Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to resell the facilities. Where facilities are not resold cancellation charges will be made as follows:- More then 12 weeks prior to the booking date - 25% of the booking value. Between 12 and 4 weeks prior to the booking date -50% of the booking value. Between 4 and 2 weeks prior to the booking date- 75% of the booking value. Between 2 weeks and 72hrs prior to the day of commencement -90% of the booking value. 72hrs prior and non arrival - 100% of the booking value.
