ACホテルズ・バイ・マリオット・チェンドゥ・ノースは、スポーツ、舞台芸術、ビジネス、レジャーが融合した多面的な中心地であるだけでなく、生態学的でオープンで多様な都市公園でもあるフェニックスヒルスポーツパーク内にあります。ホテルビルのファサードデザインは、四川省の伝統文化である「樹（シュウブロケード）」から着想を得ています。変化の移り変わる曲面は滑らかで優美で、ひし形の穴のあいたアルミニウム板が織り合わさって、独特の織りの質感を作り出しています。新しいホテルには、細心の注意を払ってデザインされた240室の客室があり、明るい木の質感と温かみのある色調が特徴です。客室のユニークな成都シティマップには、2つの川に囲まれた成都のレイアウトが示されています。すべてのデザインは慎重に検討され、洗練された繊細さと快適さを備えた客室となっています。新しいホテルは、成都ジャイアントパンダ繁殖研究基地まで車で20分（10km）のところにあります。新しいホテルには、スペイン料理を中心としたACキッチンなど、さまざまなコラボレーションスペースも用意されています。成都の珍味と相まって、さまざまな味の融合が楽しめます。シグネチャーの AC ラウンジは、昼間は非常に多機能なワークスペースです。夜になると、ACジントニックならではの体験をお楽しみいただける賑やかなバーへと移動します。
