当会場について

三洋荘は、鎌倉時代から温泉地として栄えてきた伊豆長岡の静かな山腹に建っています。自然豊かな広大な敷地には、優雅な滝や小川がたくさんある庭園で、四季折々の自然の美しさを楽しむことができます。 主要な10棟の建物は、日本の旅館（旅館）を代表する建物として、また多くの有名な建築家やデザイナーの技が光る建物として、古くから著名人に愛されてきました。客室の名前は、日本の伝統芸能「能」に由来しています。各部屋の床の間柱の細部、建物の骨組みに使われている横材、梁、ファンライトなど細部にまでこだわった客室です。 三洋荘では、修善寺や甘木の野菜、駿河湾や相模湾の魚介類など、地元の食材を使った味付けの和食を楽しめます。すべての食材は、季節ごとの良さを最大限に引き出すために厳選されています。
