After a short 3-minute walk past Het Loo Palace you will find yourself right in the middle of the Crown Estates, face to face with the wild. The Crown Estates is a royal estate of 10,500 hectares and includes the Palace Park and the Royal Forestry. Vast types of trees and flora set the scene. The area has been associated with the House Oranje-Nassau for over 300 years. The large area has a rich and cultural history, great biological diversity and lots of scenic beauty. This gives The Crown Estates a unique position on the Veluwe in The Netherlands. Furthermore, the city center of Apeldoorn is within walking distance. On the fourth floor of the hotel you can find various facilities to help you relax; such as a sauna, a fitness area, a solarium, a Turkish steam bath and a heated indoor swimming pool with a unique view of the palace.

Paleis Het Loo is located in the heart of the Netherlands, on the outskirts of Apeldoon. Since 1984, after a thorough restoration, this former royal palace has been open to the public. The furnished rooms and chambers show how the Oranges have lived and worked here for 300 years. The baroque gardens have a symmetrical design, taking the garden of the 17th century as an example, and are unique in the Netherlands. In the course of those 300 years, the palace has had a lot of very diverse residents and the building itself underwent many changes.
