Gerstner Jr. Center for Learning, middle name, and its recently debuted Forum, ups the ante. “It's a showstopper,” enthuses General Manager, TJ Fimmano, of the Forum’s top-of-the-line design and technology which extends throughout the entire conference center. The new design offers meeting attendees the opportunity to collaborate and foster a deeper connection with a mix of pod seating, mini meeting spots, and traditional open, warm, and stylish space that welcomes attendees to a social and learning experience. Collectively, the GCL offers 16,800 square feet of dedicated IACC Certified meeting space and over 20,000 square feet of recreational space with a fitness center, indoor basketball court, four outdoor tennis courts, and 182 comfortably appointed queen deluxe guest rooms, offering a haven of relaxation and productivity with scenic views. The Louis V. Gerstner, Jr. Center for Learning offers fourteen (14) meeting rooms and twenty-two (22) breakout rooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Every meeting room offers State-of-the-Art equipment with dedicated professional tech support staff, teleconference, and web conferencing capabilities. We offer full sound systems for video and audio playback and all our meeting rooms are equipped with system web conferencing platforms that include Webex, Zoom, BlueJeans, and Microsoft Teams. AV equipment includes, 4K HDMI LED Flat panel projection displays, wireless page advancer remote, wireless handheld microphones, and standard wall, whiteboards which are portable. All meeting room technology is at your fingertips, centralized at a single panel, or can be operated by our Crestron control system individually. All Mac users have wireless connectivity through airplay with Apple TV. All our breakout rooms offer plug-and-play HDMI connectivity together with Web conferencing capabilities, and everyone is given complimentary secured High-Speed Wi-Fi.

The IBM Learning Center now renamed the Louis V. Gerstner, Jr. Center for Learning is prohibited from accepting social business such as weddings, baptisms, or bar mitzvahs under our operational license with the hamlet of Armonk and town of North Castle. The GCL is closed for overnight Business Travelers Friday & Saturday nights and no pets are allowed except for service dogs.

Except in the case of cancellation by Force Majeure as described in the agreement: should group cancel 0 to 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of ninety percent of the "Anticipated Package Revenue Figure" will be due, plus applicable taxes. We also have the best "Covid Forced Majeure" clause ever written, so call me for details.
