The Blue Bay Inn is a boutique hotel on the Jersey shore. We have 27 rooms on the property, four of which are extended stay suites. We have small meeting rooms that can seat 5 people with the largest space holding up to 25. Our onsite bar / restaurant , Copper Canyon features award winning southwestern cuisine. Sample fare includes soups, salads, steaks and fish . 4 full executive apartments with ability to service a private meeting of 15 people. we also have access to larger space at one of our 3 in house restaurants. with ability
