Has your hotel taken steps to reduce single-use plastics, such as removing plastic straws (except upon request for guests with disabilities), stirrers and cotton buds? If yes, please provide detail as to the steps you have taken to reduce single use plastics?
Yes, The hotel changed to using the straws made from plastic biodegrade that can be decompose in a few months and live no toxic traces, actually no traces at all

Yes, Washable items are taken and washed in very hot water and disinfectant solution. Non moveable items such as headboards are sanitized with Ecolab 22 Multi Quat Sanitizer @ 24 ml/L dilution rate.

The hotel have to new register for Green leaf program in 2022, and to maintain 5 stars certification, to maintain Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA), and now on progressing AON HEWITT
