Alcohol is not permitted on the grounds or public areas of Woodbrooke. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, no smoking is permitted inside the building. We are unable to accommodate pets with the exception of guide dogs. Please note we have a limited number of ground floor wheelchair accessible meeting rooms and bedrooms. Some areas of the grounds are not wheelchair accessible. Some meeting room equipment is only available in selected rooms, please ensure you request any requirements for equipment at the time of booking.

A non-refundable 10% deposit for events under £3,000 and 20% for events over £3,000 will be required on booking. All deposits are non-refundable unless transferred to another available date. Cancellation fees depend on notice given: Over 9 weeks: deposit lost 7-9 weeks: 30% 4-6 weeks: 50% 2-3 weeks: 75% 1 week: 100%

Our delegate packages are inclusive of room hire, all equipment hire (including laptop, LCD screen & projector and flip charts) unlimited hot drinks, a two course hot buffet lunch and freshly baked and biscuits throughout the day starting from just £30.00 per person (plus VAT). You will also receive a seamless booking experience from our friendly & professional reservations staff ensuring that your event runs smoothly from start to finish. With 70 well-appointed bedrooms onsite Woodbrooke can also accommodate 24hr rate meetings which include evening meal, overnight accommodation and a fantastic cooked breakfast to ensure your delegates to wake up refreshed and ready to get down to business. At Woodbrooke we believe that new friendships and connections are made over good meals, which is why all of our food is ethically sourced and cooked fresh on site. If you are looking to make your event extra special then why not try one of our private banqueting packages starting from just £25.00 (plus VAT) per head?
