SAVHOTEL is an ultra-modern 4-star hotel with a trendy character, completely renovated in 2021. The hotel has a perfect location, in the heart of Bologna's exhibition centre, just a 5 minute on foot away from “Palazzo dei Congressi” and the City's Trade Fair Centre. Savhotel can be easily reached by car, plane and train. This location is very convenient for those who reach us through the highway, the ring road and the Central Station, a few minutes' drive from the hotel. By plane, the G. Marconi Airport is 7.9 km away. Savhotel boasts a modern Conference Centre consisting of 6 meeting rooms, modular and lit by natural light, for up to 130 people, as maximum capacity in the plenary room. All spaces are equipped with ultrafast free Wi-fi connection in optical fibre at 1000 Mbps, as well as modern screens, projectors, multimedia televisions and a modern sound system. Among the many innovations, the Boardroom, the new business space, 15 sqm large, perfect for a few hours of computer work or bookable for small company briefings. Equipped with a large central table with USB sockets, comfortable leather seats, a video screen and 1000 Mbps Wi-Fi connection. Banquets, coffee breaks, aperitifs, lunch and dinner are arranged outdoor, in the “La Piazzetta” (600 sqm) an exclusive outdoor area surrounded by greenery, elegantly furnished or indoor in our completely renovated Nero Arancio Restaurant ready to welcome guests in its exclusive setting welcome guests in its exclusive setting. The menu designed by our Chef, combines the classic dishes of the Bolognese tradition with numerous proposals of national character. Particular attention is paid to the seasonality of the products and the quality of the raw materials, providing a satisfying culinary experience for our guests. On the sixth floor, the Rooftop with its solarium area and Jacuzzi accessible in the summer, offers all our guests’ moments of pleasant wellbeing and relaxation. A space dedicated to exclusive corporate events in the summer months. The brand new rooms have been carefully restyled and are characterised by their modern design and attention to detail, with welcoming, practical and comfortable environments and various size, starting from 21 sqm. The 120 rooms, classic superior and deluxe, are equipped with a free 1000 Mbps fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, 43" LED LCD TV with a selection of Italian and foreign channels, sound-absorbing PVC flooring with wood effect finish, comfortable and new mattresses for a perfect relaxation. Private underground garage available, under video surveillance.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
