The Hotel uses no plastic straws (sugar cane), no plastic stirrers (sugar cane) and no plastic cotton buds (paper).

Yes! Pillows, Duvets and mattress protectors are sent to clean as required. However, plan is in place to have the cleaned quarterly. Bathrobes are cleaned and replaced during service or upon checkout.
