It is a renowned spa resort rich in mineral, beneficial waters. It is surrounded by woody hills rich in oaks, beech-trees, Holm-oaks and chestnuts and is characterized by a mild climate and an unspoiled natural environment. Chianciano still keeps important Etruscan finds. The conference centre of the Admiral Palace Grand Hotel is the most recent one in Chianciano Terme. With its 500 square-metre-large area and its state-of-the-art technologies, it imposes on the market with great determination.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
