20年ぶりにオープンしたヒラフのニューホテルとして、新しいブティックホテル「シャレーアイビー」が2012年12月19日に正式にオープンしました！シャレーアイビーのコンセプトはとてもシンプルです。ヒラフの自宅のようにくつろげるようなホテルを目指しています。北海道の夏の美しい自然を巡る場合でも、世界的に有名なニセコのパウダースノーで長い一日を過ごす場合でも、シャレーアイビーは帰宅後のお客様を心から歓迎します。世界的に有名な香港ホテルの洗練された日本料理レストランで10年以上も寿司シェフを務めたエグゼクティブシェフが、厳選された手つかずの北海道のシーフードを特色としています。伝統的な日本料理に対するスノーキャッスルのユニークなアプローチは、きっと味覚を満足させる体験となるでしょう！ 当ホテルには33室の広々とした客室があり、いずれもシャレーアイビーのシグネチャーであるシンプルでナチュラルでエレガントなスタイルが特徴で、象徴的な山の息を呑むような景色を望めます。羊蹄山または羊蹄山リゾートグラン・ヒラフのスキー場。ニセコの自然の美しさは、特別にデザインされたお部屋のインテリアで際立っています。ベッドルームの壁には天然林をモチーフに、ドアや部屋の家具は周囲の北海道の木々を思わせる明るい色合いの木材で作られています。シャンパンゴールドのカーテンとシャレーアイビー限定のルームアメニティーが、すべてのゲストルームのエレガンスをさらに引き立てます。居心地の良いゲストルームで、シャレーアイビーはまるで自宅にいるような気分にさせてくれます。
